i-net software proudly announces the release 23.4 of i-net PDFC. This release contains bug fixes and some new features like:
Preview of new i-net PDFC Application is available. It will replace the Desktop Application in a future version
The bundled Java VM Eclipse Temurin was updated to version 17.0.6
The Docker Containers have been updated to run with a restricted user instead of the root users
The keyboard shortcut for 'paste' is now supported in the comparison and will upload the pasted files as documents for the comparison

i-net software proudly announces the release 23.4 of i-net CoWork. This release contains bug fixes and some new features like:
It is possible to reply to messages. The user of the quoted message is automatically mentioned and gets a notification about the reply
Messages, channels and users for direct messages can be found via the global search bar
Management of members of teams and channels has been improved
Channels support uploading of custom icons
The color markers used to highlight new messages in channels can be set as follows: mentions only, all messages or completely disabled
Support for inline WebP and videos
In the “Emoji” dialog of the configuration interface, custom emoji can be added via SVG
An extra page with details of logged-in users and created messages has been added for the diagnostic application. Other CoWork plugins can add additional information
Automatic playback of gif animations and videos can be customized in the settings
Links to web pages in messages additionally generate a preview with title, description and image if the web page contains appropriate Open Graph or Twitter metatags
A free Elgato Stream Deck plugin is available to control voice and video chats
Added plugin to talk to ChatGPT using bot commands
The bundled Java VM Eclipse Temurin was updated to version 17.0.6

Added Markdown text interpretation in the CommonMark and i-net CoWork flavors.
Server Printing: Printer tray selection is supported.
Linux services updated from init.d to SystemD.
The bundled Java VM Eclipse Temurin was updated to version 17.0.6.
The automatic migration of Scheduler tasks from versions 16 and earlier is no longer supported.

Wir freuen uns, die Release der neuen i-net HelpDesk Version 23.4 ankündigen zu können. Diese Version enthält diverse neue Funktionen bzw. Verbesserungen und Bugfixes wie z.B.:
Prozesse unterstützen nun parallele Tickets, die dynamisch erstellt und beendet werden können
Workflows bleiben beim Update bestehen, werden zusätzlich als Prozess-Kopie mit parallelen Tickets angelegt
Der Prozess-Editor wurde um viele nützliche und mächtige Funktionen erweitert
Neue Verwaltung von Prozessen durch Ordnerstrukturen
Export sowie Import von einzelnen Prozessen, Ordnern und allen Prozessen
In einer nach Prozess gruppierten View, wird bei Prozessen mit parallelen Tickets, eine Übersicht über der Liste der Tickets eingeblendet, die den aktuellen Fortschritt darstellt
Es gibt ein neues GPT-Plugin, das sowohl für die Aufgabenplanung als auch für CoWork KI-Funktionen bereitstellt. Dafür ist lediglich ein eigener OpenAI-API-Schlüssel notwendig
Viele neue Funktionalitäten in der Aufgabenplanung, sowohl zum Steuern von Prozessen, als auch viele neue Platzhalter, die Ticket-Informationen bereitstellen
Die Ticketsuche ermöglicht die Suche nach allen Benutzerfeldern
