How to install a JDBC driver in JBuilder 4?

  1. Open the menu item “Project | Default project properties…”
  2. Select the tab “Required Libraries”

  3. Click on the “Add” button and you will see the following dialogue.

  4. Click on the “New” button.
  5. Edit a new library name and click on the “Add” button to select the jar file of the driver.

  6. Click on the “Ok” button of the Edit dialogue.
  7. Select the new library and click on the “Ok” button.

  8. Click on the “Ok” button of the “Default Project Properties” dialogue.
