i-net Crystal-Clear

Report Server Installation

In this case i‑net Crystal-Clear is running as report server on a server and the i‑net Crystal-Clear - report viewer (or another supported output format) can be used on a client computer to display the reports.

After the i‑net Crystal-Clear setup has been finished and you have selected the installation type “Standalone Report Server”, you can start the Java application with startListener.bat or startListener.sh.

For more information about libraries like CrystalClear.jar see: Libraries of i-net Crystal-Clear.

After you have started the i‑net Crystal-Clear application you can request reports from a client. The client can be a browser with the report viewer applet or a Java application with the report viewer bean (see Implementation for more details on how to implement the i‑net Crystal-Clear Client / Server application). For more information about the syntax of the URL with that you can request a report, see: i-net Crystal-Clear URL parameters.

To configure the parameters you can use the Configuration Manager.
