Please note: Scheduling is a feature exclusive to i-net Crystal-Clear Plus.
Sometimes it is necessary and useful to execute reports at specific times (e.g. large reports at night) or to execute reports in specific intervals.
Since version 6.0, i‑net Crystal-Clear Plus supports the scheduling feature.
i‑net SchedulerXML executes any number of tasks at specified times. Each task can take any number of reports, and execute any number of actions once the reports have been rendered, such as printing or saving them in a certain format, or executing a custom-defined action. The times specified for the tasks can either be single points in time or recurring intervals.
To use the web interface for the first time you need to enable the web interface of i‑net SchedulerXML using the i-net Crystal-Clear Configuration Manager. After that you can use the web interface to create tasks and add reports and actions to these tasks. Also you can use the API to configure tasks, etc.
