With the version 8 of i-net Crystal-Clear, the handling of configurations has changed. Until now it was necessary to store at least one crystalclear.properties file in your filesystem and edit them on a uncomfortable way. Managing a larger number of configurations was not as easy as it is now: Every configuration will be stored in the preferences of your system running i-net Crystal-Clear, that means e.g. the registry on windows maschine and the filesystem on unix. An import function is provided to use your current settings with the new possibilities.
The new Remote Interface (available since version 9.0) now allows the administration of the server configurations from any personal computer running a web browser.
