i-net Scheduler - Main Page

Main Configuration

This part of the main page shows the current status of the scheduler, that is, whether the scheduler is active and running, or inactive. If it is currently inactive, you can activate the scheduler by clicking on “activate” - this will cause the scheduler to start its service. If it is active, you can deactivate it by clicking on “deactivate”, this will cause the scheduler to stop its service.
You can also set your password for the scheduler interface by clicking on “set password” - this will ask you to enter your old password to confirm your identity, and also to enter your new password twice to avoid typing errors.
Additionally, you can set the scheduler's “runtime settings” such as the log level used while executing reports, your POP3 host, SMTP host, etc., by clicking on the button “runtime settings”.

Tasks

This shows a list of tasks you have scheduled, including their current status and the time of their next execution. You can add new tasks by clicking on ”add task”, show the details of any of the tasks by clicking on the task's name, delete the task by clicking on the “delete” link next to the task's name, or activate inactive tasks as well as deactivate active tasks by clicking on the corresponding links next to the tasks.
If a yellow or red exclamation mark is next to a task, this signifies that there is an error or failure in the task - hold your mouse over the exclamation mark to see the explanation.
