In this dialog you can specify the relations between a subreport and the main report. You can move the fields of the main report to the left "Fields to link to" box and back using the arrows between these boxes.
When you click one of the chosen fields you can choose a field of the subreport which will be linked to this field.
You can also see the prompt field which is used for this connection. If you need a more complex link you can edit the record selection formula of the subreport.
