Tab Font


Font The name of the font to be used. If you want to use the report on a different machine check whether the fonts you chose are available there. You can be sure that the fonts "Sans Serif" and "Serif" are available on every Platform supported by Java.
Be aware that there is an exception in setting these value per formula.

There can be different icons for the fonts which have the following meanings: font is available for font embedding in Java viewer and PDF export (property "useNativeFonts" need to be "true" and "fontPath" need to be set to a directory containing the fonts (please note that not all True Type Fonts are allowed to be embedded).

font is not available for font embedding as it is a logical font provided by Java (e.g. Sans Serif). If you use such fonts with PDF export they may be mapped to a Adobe font.

No icon means that this font is not available for font embedding in PDF export / Java viewer.

Style You can choose to have your text printed in standard, bold, italic or bold italic.
Size The font size in points. 1 pixel is 1/72".
Color The color of the text.
Effects You can choose special effects for your text
Sample You can see a preview of your selected font.
