DTSToTimeString (DateTimeString )

Converts the date/time string and strips off the date part.

Usage:

DTSToTimeString(DateTimeString)

Return:

Time part as string.

Example:

DTSToTimeString("2002/01/31 11:30:15") // Returns "11:30:15"
