Converts the date/time string and calculates the number of seconds since 0:00:00 (midnight).

Usage:

DTSToSeconds(DateTimeString)

Return:

Number of seconds since 0:00:00

Example:

DTSToSeconds("2002/01/31 11:30:15")
-> 41415
